Well, just as soon as I was done talking about old friends I get a rather cryptic message in the GuestBook:

Well Well….Whats there to say ol friend. I have enjoyed my stay here today for the first time and am looking forward to returning when I have more time to catch-up on past. Seems as tho you were correct about one thing, you leave NO stones unturned about your life at the “Prison”. Its great to see that some people can really just say whats on there mind and unload. My suggestion to the rulers that read your work,… Take a long look at yourself in the mirror tomorrow morning.

Thanks Movieman I always wanted to be refereed to as The “Creator”. I have this mad scientist shtick down good. “Mad you say? What makes you think I am mad? HA HA HA HA HA(evil laughter).” I even practice it in the mirror.

I had the weirdest experience yesterday. I was out goofing off, up to no good when I had this strange sense of deju vu. I was just minding my own business when this couple passed by and said hello to me. I didn’t know them I’m certain of that. Yet it brought about a tinge of memories of some other people I used to know. Memories of friends I once knew, but have lost touch with.

When I got home I thought about some of the good times and the few bad times. You never miss something until its gone. I hope to one day meet up with these people again. Perhaps I will. And then perhaps I won’t. Friends come and go. Its a fact of life. So cheers to the good times.

So what does everyone think of Pete? I would love for anyone to comment on Pete. And maybe some general comments on what should be done with HOTELBLUES.com. Do you want to hear some of Pete’s manager stories from his hotel? So far I have made that the only ground rule for him. I don’t want to see Pete get in the trouble I did. He assures me that the management at his hotel is different. He speaks with knowledge of the people that work at the hotel I had worked at. He knows the kind of inept assholes they are. No offense to Mosher, Messman, Vinke, and Johnson. So let me know if what you really want is more of the old hotel drivel I used to spiel.

Well here it is April Fool’s Day. My little joke ended early. I really wasn’t in the mood for it any how. I do have an announcement. I am going to have a new contributor on the page. He expressed interest a few days back after his signing of the guest book. So I will introduce you to Pete the new member of the HOTELBLUES.COM staff.

I have been meaning to congratulate Sarah on recently graduating for a class she took and forgot to do it when she reminded me. So I may be a little late but congratulations to Sarah!

Well I had one person write in wondering why I had put the site down(God love her soul). I really have to thank you for writing, it makes one feel good to be missed. All I was aiming to do was just pull off a lame ass April Fools Day joke. And maybe add another archive because this page is getting way to long.

You wouldn’t believe what I heard but I knew that was bull “well maybe his lawyer told him to” and something to the fact that THEY made you shut it down. who the hell is THEY?

Let me reassure many of you that “They” have no power. “They” don’t exist. I don’t have a lawyer, I don’t believe in them. I hold no grudge in “Them” for firing me. I was mad at first. I do miss the place. But its a job and if I felt one of my employee’s wasn’t cutting it I would show them the hatch too. In fact even though I still have a certain GM’s head a bobbing on the left here, I don’t even hold any grudges against him. Hell, for as long as I worked there I’ve seen some pretty excuse’s for GM’s. The GM on the left knows his job. There is no denying that. And no once again “They” did not make me write this.

I read your recent rant titled “The Soap Opera’ and have to guess this S_____ is a younger kid, am I right? He needs to grow up from the sound of it. Some people just don’t ever get the hang of it. And some of them never grow up. That’s the breaks. Any way cool site you have. A little on the weird side but what can you do? I did laugh till I hurt. You have the satire end down pretty good. To finish if this guy you’ve wrote about keeps this shit up just tell him to grow up.

It seems Pete hit my page from the Sobo Reunion Web Site. He had a point that I was not trying to get to. And I by all means do not endorse this guys opinion of The Soap Opera story.
